MSD- spark jumping

I have a 360 Dodge with a Billet MSD distributor. After a few hundred miles there is an oil film on the inside of the cap and spark jumps from #5 and #7, you can even see the trail from the spark. Do I need to change the sealed beaing or can something else cause this?

Well, with no help from MSD (they said to send it in for a rebuild, gee thanks for the tip) I found out what I need to do. I never had one apart before so I took apart a spare. There's a seal below the top bearing. If the bearing and bushing are good I'll just change that.
