I think you need to drill rotors also. I am looking into this too, because I just bought a ford 8.8 for my s10, and it has 5x4.5 bolt pattern.

the rotors are all slip on, i can easily have those re-drilled, but i want the axles and hubs accurate.

I converted some Ford axles to a Chevy pattern.
The Ford wheel register was slightly bigger than the Chevy's, it had to be turned down in/a lathe.
I used an IROC brake rotor as a template, used a 1/2" dowel punch to mark the stud centers and drilled the new pattern in a drill press.
My wheels bolted up fine and rolled true.

Drilling brkae discs? That might be tricky, something I've never done.

Any reputable machine shop should be able to do it.

Thats how I do it...WHATS THIS???the king of spot weld ownage can't drill 10 holes????? Just kidding. Good punch, good bit , easy going on the drill press and lots of time.

If you have to machine the hub hole, do that first at a machine shop. Or buy a lathe.

i could probably do it, but i don't feel that i can get it dead accurate.
i wonder if Moser or Strange can redrill axles and hubs?
