I just got set up with tanks and torch. I will mostly use it for cutting but I have a brazing set up as well. Question is what pressure setting should I use on the oxygen and the acytelene? Thanks!

For what?? Cutting, brazing, welding??? 5:1 ratio for cutting, ex. 7 acetelyne/ 35 O2. But it really depends on your tip size and what thickness you're cutting.

Primarily for cutting, chassis and frame thickness. I am not sure of the tip I have now.

Try to get a 0 or 1 tip size. Start with 5-7 for acetelyne and 25-35 on oxygen. Practice with scrap first, or you have a good chance of making scrap.

Never exceed 15 psi on the acetylene because it can become unstable. Working pressure. Another good idea is to only open the acetylene bottle 1/4 turn because in an emergency you can quickly shut it off.
