Went to DMV after researching online to confirm on the DMV website that this plate was available to order it...

The lady looked at me and said
You'd have a better chance of flying, than getting this plate
I told her "funny, I always considered myself too fat to fly... so show me the runway and we will see which one it is"
I was right, 100lbs lighter and I would have been doing loopties over the parking lot... she was stunned... by the way, it did turn out to be the last possible way to get a "Nascar" plate without severely abbreviating so you would have to guess what it meant... I have been ofered $2500 and $3500 for it at the Nascar race @ Infineon raceway... (Sears Point) on several occasions....

My plates are now Hobbyist plates and come with no special lettering. So the plates read "7354". Kinda lame but you are pretty much allowed to do what you want to do with the vehicle as far as exhaust and performance stuff. Plus you never have to renew them. Last year before I went Hobbyist my plates read "OSO-TUF" I think it pretty much is self explanatory.

On the 67 camaro prior to the use of n20 I got the plate GOTNOSS, meaning it was not a real ss. Of course now with a little go juice it could have another meaning.
On the 69 camaro it reads 100N55 with originaly a double meaning. It tops out at 155 (that was slow by 10-15 mph I found out with the old auto trans) but the real meaning was the result of a speeding ticket that has not happened yet-yep, 100 mph in a 55 mph zone.
My 01 gmc C3 truck (the year before the ss chevy truck debut-same but fancier and with 20 less ponies) just says fastC3. At 109+ and 12.3 in the qtr (TURBO) it lived up to that descrip. After several trans failures and rebuilds, it's going back to a low 13 second ride, but I don't think there is room on the license plate for kindafastC3.
I did have a 68 camaro convertible that was the wifes and she suggested -TOPLESS, but I told her she'd be driving it to church on occasion and that name went south. Got renamed AIRNOUT.
