i dont want to mount the fuel pressure regulator to the fender well so wheres a good spot to mount it?

There is, or at least used to be, an adapter whicvh bolted down under the carb that the regulator mounted to. Jegs and Summit used to sell them. I'm sure they still do.

Just don't mount it to firewall, not NHRA legal.
