Hey everyone, I have been looking for a site that I can just BS on and learn lots of valueable info on my new purchase. Ok well I just purchase a 70 nova that I have already built a motor for and the transmission but I'm kind of leaning towards taking the car into the PT realm. So any help would be appreciated. I will post pics when I get some time. Just so everyone knows I'm in the panhandle of Fl. I live in Navarre stationed at Hurlburt Fld.:usa:

There are a couple of us that live in the area. I live in Crestview, Z06vet (Scott) lives in P-cola, crazyfireman (Danny) lives in Navarre and a couple of others. Let us know if you want to get together. I also work at Hurburt. Where do you work? I am an FE in the 73rd.

I have noticed a few of the guys on here from this area just from poking around. but I have learned allot just the few days I have been on here and it looks like the first thing I'm going to do is get Hotchkis TVS kit for the nova to start.

Man, what did everyone buy 3rd Gen Novas in the past 6 months? I think they're catching up to F-bodies....well, maybe not.

It's always great to see more Novas, you'll fit right in! Check out this link for more info specific to Novas also:

I have one with a Miata on my bumper. It's kinda cool except it kinda looks like he is about to pass me.

Clean, whats been done to it/

the paint was done about 6 years ago, full 3" flowmaster exhaust on it. It has a middle street 350 in it which is coming out. I have a built 355 small block that I'm throwing in it. But i picked it up about two weeks ago and my first priority is body work and paint. there is a few spots where the paint is bubbling up in the rear quarters and I have a feeling that there has already been some bondo added before it was painted way back when so i'm in for some work. So if anyone down here in Northwest Fl knows how or has ever replaced panels get in touch with me I could use the help. I have done allot with previous projects but this will be my first panel replacement I want to build this car for my oldest son which will be driving in a few years so I want to hand him the keys when he starts driving.
