Ive been realy studying cars on the road for cool looking mirrors for my Nova. I cant use these with out filling holes and paint but Ive checked www.car-parts.com (http://www.car-parts.com) and there are alot of used ones out there for $85-$180 each depending on condition. I think they look cool.
2005 Chrysler Crossfire maybe more years https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif
Also the new Honda civic has some nice mirrors.

I was thinking of trying a set of Mini Coper mirrors. The Cross Fire was also a good idea. Randy

Those look rather 'big' to me, they might not work with an older body style.
If the stem was half as long, that might be better.
that crossfire mirror does look pretty cool but it also has a pretty long 'stand' on it compared to our stock stuff.

The thought of the civic mirrors crossed my mind one day, havent purchased a set yet to see whats actually involved with mounting them. I've also been checking out other cars, but haven't really seen ones i like.

if you look closely at the crossfire mirrors they look like they have an "extension" on the stand, i wonder if that could be deleted and the rest of the mirror mounted normally

The Crossfire is a smallish car the mirrors dont look that big in person. They wouldnt be able to be mounted in our stock location but down a tad further on the door. Thats why I wouldnt be able to do it.
__Also My Novas mirrors are mounted on a sorta ledge on the door and camaro mirrors are on a vert.
