With the dawn of the internet and it's thousands of message boards, you would think customer service would be a priority in todays business world.

Get complacent for one minute and you'll be dragged across the coals. And that's the way it should be anyway.

I would give Budnik the benefit of the doubt and see if they at least try to compensate you in end for all the trouble. Good companies will generally do that.

thanks for the kind words tony, i hate being treated like a number from the big aftermarket companys, i don't think they realize that some of us work hard for our money and a big chunk of change like that does not come easy, sometimes a person needs to know they are being heard outloud.

My experience with Budnik was great. I received a blemished wheel and had it returned and repaired total time about 7 business days!!

They backordered a set of wheels we ordered several times before we finally got them...
The quality was great once they showed up, but man was it a PITA to get them

What did you use to pay for the wheels ? If you used a credit card call your credit card company and tell them you ordered a product that has not been delivered and go elsewhere.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. My expierence with Budnik has been nothing but positive! My wheels were ready when promised and the quality is 1st class. I would be real dissapointed if they don't try to make things right for you. I have always found them to be much more reliable than the other guy with the TV show on the Discovery channel. Hang in there - Good Luck - Jack

I'll second the statement from 6t7vert - one of my wheels had a ding from shipping, and they replaced it within a week. 'Course, it took 5 weeks to get the wheels in the first place, but... they are nice :icon996:

I think it took about 4 weeks for my Arrowheads to arrive. However, I purchased mine through Kyle and DSE, so I didn’t deal directly with Budnik. I’m pleased with ‘em.

I sent 2 wheels back to Budnik on earlier this month and I was told it would take 1 week to get the fixed and back to me. I called since I have not heard anything and left a couple messages for them, and the shut production down until after the 1st. So bottom line I am not going to be able to drive my car during my entire vacation next week, when I was promised I would have them back.... This sucks....

when they were making my wheels they were "out of stock" on the 18x9 rim shells, but i gotta say they took care of it pretty quickly and the guy Aj i dealt with was a nice guy about it, so i wouldnt worry too much.

I will vouch for the guys over at Budnik..... They have a first rate product and its guaranteed that you will be pleased with what you receive. I do not know of any other wheel company that has the quality control that they have. I used to work for a company that was at that time Budniks largest dealer and we never received a bad set of wheels out of the thousands of wheel orders we put in. They take a little longer but then again... any custom built wheel on average is going to take between 4-6 weeks and during the busy season.... it can take up to 10. If you are having problems, get in touch with Dave. He is a super nice guy and he will accomodate you any way that he can.......

i called budnik today and found out what was going on with my wheels, they lost the fax and then went on holiday. i told them i was bummed i did not get the wheels when they promised and they said they were sorry.
i asked them about some goodies for my time, they guy offerd me a t-shirt but all they had was 1 in my size, i was hoping for 3-4 differnt designs. i will let you know what happens next week when i get them.

att. "whytry" i mentioned you to the guy but he acted like he didn't hear me, i said it again nad he said nothing.......

Did you buy your wheels directly from Budnik?

What size wheels did you get, and what was the cost?

i got my wheels through tires direct and they were great as far as talking to budnik for me, i was there when they sent the fax and talked to budnik on the phone about my order.
somehow budnik lost the fax after they recieved it. the wheels were for my dads car(41' ford) i can't remember the price off hand but i will check.
