C5 rear brakes on Buick GN?

I've got access to 2 calipers and 2 rotors from a c5 vette (Rear) and was wondering what would be involved it fitting them onto the rear of my Grand National. Thanks for your help.

Here is how the F-body folks do it (G-body would be the same) using '98 and later LS1 rear discs:

I don't know if the C5 rear discs are similar enough to make them work out the same.
