Finally got interior finished so I think I'm done for awhile. Interior is vinyl / suede. We made the trunk panels and had everything covered to match. The deck lid cover is from roddoors and my interior guy covered that as well embossed the "SS". The door panels are obviously custom and we put in 5 1/4" Alpine speakers. The fronts are driven directly from the head unit. The rear deck 6 x 9 Alpines are driven by 250w Fosgate amp. The 10" Alpine sub is mounted in a non-ported enclosure and driven by a 300w Fosgate amp. Friends of mine took care of mounting the aftermarket front seats. Had problems with interfering with the seatbelt holder as well as height so they swapped the drivers and passenger sides - so the recline levers are to the inside and work well. Custom made seat mounts to drop them down far enough where I had sufficient head room. I getting the headrests trimmed down and will install them in a few days. I am very happy with the way everything turned out.

What kind of suede did you use and where did you get it?

I can find out specifics about the suede if you want. It was something my interior guy had. I don't think it is anything special

I'd appreciate it.

I've been looking for a nice suede similar to what comes in the 03-04 Cobra Mustangs, but to no avail I haven't found anything similar.

That looks pretty close though.

Not sure what kind of seats they are - bought from a friend that had them in a race car. He thought they were some type of aftermarket Jeep seat. I would say that they are very close to the Procar Elite seats. I will post pics as soon as I get the headrests installed.

Talked to my upholstery guy today and the suede is is called a "Unisuede" and is 14oz/yd weight. It is also described as a 100,000 double rubbed suede and colored all the way thru. It is made by Novatex. He gets it thru a distributor in Kansas City. Hope this helps
