hmmmm....kinda makes me wonder what other engine parts/accessories could be made out of c/f or a similar composite....Intake maybe? I dunno if i'd trust it for stuff like the timing chain cover, as a leak there is 10x more annoying than a leak at the valve cover. Sure would be an innovative way to cut out weight, though.

There are carbon fiber intakes out there. My freind Pat at Ocean State Performance has/had one on his Ford FE NMCA motor in his old Fairlane.
