This is our new in house custom 3-link kit for the 65-68 mustangs. Some of the specs.



custom valved per this application coil-overs
3-link setup with panhard bar
Fully computer designed and CNC cut bracketry for precision fabrication
Lower links, 1.25" by .120 wall DOM with 4130 threaded bungs and QA1 chromoly Teflon heims. Fully TIG welded.
Upper Link, boxed 4130 design and Fully TIG welded. Uses QA1 chromoly Teflon heims and Light Racing 4140 pinch revievers.
Panhard bar- 1.25" DOM by .120 wall with 4130 threaded bungs and QA1 chromoly Teflon heims
All link arms are fully adjustable and lowers/panhard bar use a RH and LH heim for precision adjustability.
Upper coil-over mount and upper link mount are all one boxed and TIG welded unit that bolts to stock shock and bump stop location for strength.

the upper arm, due to the tight space restriction of the exhaust we had to come up with something that would clear everything and still be of the strength we require.

Fully TIG welded 4130, 3/16" for the sides and 1/8" for the top and bottom.

Love the Fabrication work on the third link. Looks killer. Now lets get that baby under the car. Will you be cutting up the rear seat area(not the actual seat but the metal behind it)? Had to do this with the nova for clearence.

the answer is no, the customer wanted a bolt in system that still has good geometry, so we spent alof of time getting the answer. The link is shaped like this so we can achieve the absolute maximun best geometry in this situation. Cutting the rear seat will yield better geometry but with some ingunity we were able to get very good numbers without cutting the floor of the car. I will have some install pics soon.

On our project 66" we cut the floor to get the better geometry.

Your website has an installed price. What about a kit price?

We will be getting an outside install kit together, due to the custom aspect we are only doing this as an in House install KIT. I have plans to create a full bolt on kit with a 9" housing that can be installed in a driveway with ease and im looking at getting it to market this summer. Because its an in house kit we are able to design and build around exhaust and race fuel cells, such as the Fuel safe race cell in the shelby we just did. We are also able to set the suspension up and dial it in for the prober geometry in house during install.

yeah, i have several different spring rates that i will be trying out to get the desired height and performance. So friday it will be a srping swapping party here at the shop.
