300 Ford six info needed.

We're looking at getting a early 90's 300 six for a track rig we're building. We are switching from fuel inj to carb, will most intakes and exhaust swap from earlier years. Also, how about distributers?
the rig originally had a '63 223? industrial w/4spd. Any idea if the bell housing will bolt up?
Anything else I need to know to convert to carb?
