There's at least one company that regularly advertises in the classic car section of the Fort Worth Star Telegram. Check their online classifieds.

Texas Pro Blast or StripCo.I had texas pro blast do mine, they were a little cheaper and were able to fit my time line. They aslo did it while I watch, assit, and waited(the other guys said drop it off and we'll call you in a week )I think not.
They used a soda product call Super K, a potassium nitrate I think.
It doesn't leave an alkaline residue or something that the other sodas do.
They used glass bead on both sides of floor, trunk and frame.About 4 hrs later and I was headed home with car on trailer.I took them a very well prep car(shell)no seam sealer no under coating,on a rotessire,so the work went pretty fast.Hope this helps.
