I am running the f41 front sway bar and a custom 1 1/8" rear bar. I plan to run 10" 175lbs. qa1 coilover springs in the rear and 5660 up front with 1/2 - 1 coil cut off. The motor has aluminum heads/intake so it is a little lighter but I am still going to run full AC and chrome bumpers so it won't be that light. I also have two amps and a sub in the rear so it is fairly heavy.

I have heard people say to run front shock of a 4.3 s10 (newer ones?) or a late 80's f150. I will be running bilsteins in the front. which would be better?

For the rear I may be able to get away with some KYBs till I save up some more money but do plan on bilsteins at some point.

Any suggestions on shocks or other stuff? it is pretty much just a weekend street car but when I drive on the street it might as well be a track you know so I want it to handle as best as possible. don't really care about sacrifice ride quality.

Somebody has got to have a suggestion on this spring and shock combo. I've never set up a car other than a 240sx for handling.

uhhh, what year is the car? I can help out if it's a '64-72, but I don't know much about what works on the later cars.
