OK...not sure if this is the right forum for this and moderator, please, if this isn't the right forum please feel free to move it wherever it should be. I need to figure out what kind of pedal assembly I should use for the '66 project I have going on!(ZO66) so here is a picture of each of the candidates. If anyone can offer up a better solution or can tell me why any one of these is NOT a good choice please feel free to post:

Wilwood:

Wilwood doesn't make an accelerator pedal that matches their Brake/Clutch set!:(

Tilton:

About the same cost as the Wilwood!

Floor Mounted -

600 series -

All steel pedals w/ matching accelerator pedal and more than double the cost of the Wilwood!

900 series -

All Aluminum pedals w/ matching accelerator pedal and about 10 times the cost of the Wilwood!

I'm pretty sure as to which one I'm going to choose but I wanted to run this by the board and get some other opinions!

Tilton firewall mount.

Trick, but not to in your face, on the floor, hey look at these.
A clean floor looks the best. Pedals, levers, switches etc look racy on th floor but seem to catch everything all the time. Yes you will step on them everytime you get in or out of the car. Your interior guy will add it to the bill, but maybe by then you won't care.

It's the front runner for me too but I'm not sure and would like some other opinions!! Thanks for posting!

I know some of the guys in the "Classic Mustang" area of Stangnet.com are running those pedals, perhaps you could post your question over there? The majority of the Classic guys are cool, but the modern guys over there are a little immature, worth a shot.

I used the Tilton remote pedal assembly. Then I made my own pedals to hook up with that. It looks stock, and you have lots of fabrication freedom to put the pedals where you want.
