Has anyone ever tried this?just to be curious....
I'm cleaning up the engine compartment in advance of upgrading to the hydroboost while waiting for my rear discbrakes.
i didn't like the big saginaw style thing so as a metalguy in a bodyshop you get to notice some nice items now and then,so i found a small rectangular pump from a Volvo S80.
it's only 3 inches square and delivers a max of 110 bar(about 1600 psi) and has a hidden adjustment screw on the bottom, wich i hope to adjust flow and not pressure.
a visit to the local salvage resulted in two items.
here's how it lookes like as sanded and polished, the other one is still matt so i can choose either way.
originally it's fitted with a multirib belt pulley wich i took of to replace with a v -belt type.
it should be interested to get this working i guess...
