Are there any companys that make complete twin turbo kits for a carbed small block chevy? I am looking for a bolt in kit with no fabrication. thanks!

Most of your average parts that are advertised as "bolt on", always require some fabricating (modification) to actually fit.
In a turbo system there are too many variables. Type of car, ac/no ac, power steering/no ps, manual brakes or power brakes (where a booster would be in the way). It would have to be built vehicle specific for best results.
The average "generic" small block kit would fit fine on an engine sittiing on a stand. Having it fit the engine in the car is another question.

What car do you have?

I have a 1968 camaro with a small block chevy. I am probably going to go the supercharger route. I was just curious what would be cheaper.

What kind of 'charger are you thinking of?

I am probably going to go with procharger. No sure which one, they are sending me a catalog this week. I am limited in the amount of boost because my motor is 10:1 comp. I am probably only going to 10lbs boost.

First off as has been said there is no such thing as bolt on for our cars, too many variables. Fox - New mustang, new gto's, 4th gen Camaros yes.

There are a lot of companies you can drop your car off and they will fab a turbo kit for you, TurboHorsepower for one.

Thing is you can source a turbo from many places, you can do twin 18g's which aren't terribly pricey and they would likely work, twin vf39's would work well too, and they are coming down in price since a lot of STi guys are swapping to bigger ones.

The piping/flanging isn't that horrible, especially if you/your friends can weld, water jet, etc. Also what kind of fuel system are you going to be running? Of what I know superchargers are much easier with carbs than turbos are. If you go turbo you're gonna have to get good injectors, computer, etc.

There are way too many variables that we don't know to give you a good answer.

actually all the carbed procharger kits will fit with no mods. it is only if you go to an innercooler that the mods will be required. an innercooler isnt necesary for carbed applications anymore due to the blow through carb technology that has recently come out. the carb itself acts as the innercooler.
research the aersol carbs they work excellent
