Hi there everyone. I am just wanting to introduce myself and my 1967 Pro touring Mercury Cougar. This car took over 5 years and $25,000 to this date and still causes me alot of greif! Well hope I finally get to injoy it.

Take a look and let me know.

Great looking car.
Welcome to the best car site on the net.
We need more details on your project.
You also may want to consider providing your name at the end of your posts as we are a very informal bunch!

beautiful car.

In the early 90s, I had a black 68 standard, then a green 68 XR-7. wish
I still had them :-(

Distributor looks like a GM HEI. Did Ford also make a distributor like that or is it some kind of aftermarket piece?

Nice car. $25K sounds cheap to me these days

I can tell you from experience if it is a HEI you'll need a offset air cleaner to run a larger air cleaner. Nice car BTW.
