2 questions

Hey all I have 2 questions one regarding this website and one about the UFC fights on tv. First question in some peoples posts some replies are simply "bump". What does that mean?

2nd question, i noticed there are a few fans on this board who are interested in the UFC as well as I. I recently watched ufc 68 ppv. Before the fighters enter the ring someone usually greases up above there eyes with vaseline. They also reach behind there ears for some reason... does anybody know why? i posed this question to quite a few people and no one seems to know. thanks Chris

i can answer #1 but not #2...a bump or ttt (to the top) means that you are just putting something in the post to get it back to the top of the page ..that way it might get looked at again..this happens alot in the for sale/marketplace section more than anywhere..hope this helps...ok ufc fans help him with # 2....

Also when used and mixed with sweat there are some advantages for slipping out of either leg or arm holds. That is why you will see the ref running his fingers behind the ears of a competitor prior to entering the ring. He is checking for greasy contraband.
