Well any of you have been following my TOPLS69 project have probably seen the pictures of the paint. The pictures were taken after the first three coats of clear and the car looked awesome... The car was to be wet sanded and cleared with three more coats.. This is where the problem came in... Seems the painters compressor went out and when he replaced it and went to spray the last few coats of clear FISHEYES... Oil in the lines... so its being wet sanded again and cleared again...... If the car is wet sanded well and resprayed should there be any residual effects from the oil and fisheye??

Wow, bummer...
Before any sanding is done the paint should be washed with TSP, Trisodiumphospate. If it isn't you run the risk of embedding more oil into the paint.
TSP is a household degreaser and is cheap to buy at a hardware store. Follow the instructions and mix it with VERY hot water. I would wash the car with this solution a couple of times before I shot any more paint on it. Even after sanding there is still the risk of residual oil. And have your painter put an oil trap on his lines...
