Im just curious if anyone else has been screwed by YEAR ONE ? I am restoring a 1970 Charger R/T for a customer and ordered EVERY wiring harness from YEAR ONE (the sole company who sells them) back in Nov 06... fors they were backordered until Jan 07... now they say I might get them by April 07... I'm just curious if im the only one who has had bad luck with Year One ?

RT, It sounds as if YR1 is having a supplier problem. If you feel like you are getting the run around dial 800-932-7663 ext. 160. That's Kevin King the Pres. The few times I have been dissatisfied with YR1 I have found that he will give you satisfaction if he can. Also can be emailed at

No no no... I went to M&H electronics (the suppliers of the harnesses to Year One) and they stated they shipped the harnesses i needed to year one 2/12/07... I naturally suspected my harness would come this week... and it did not - I then called and was told that I would get my harness around late April - I just find that unacceptable - I am not waiting around 6 months for a couple wiring harnesses - My view is if I can make them in a month (in my free time around the shop) then a company set up to make them should be able to crank them out at least at a similar rate - they say 12 weeks to make them... alright... but 24 weeks is border-line pathetic...
sorry for the rant - just I've had enough of the run around - I will call King today (saturday I doubt he would be there) but I will call him Monday for sure. thank you for the information
