You get JGY Customs' skyline powered mustang! JGY Customs is a Nissan based shop. Nothing else can drive away customers faster than putting a Nissan engine into a Ford. Bad call by JGY.

and you gotta be real careful with those "things"....they seem real nice at first, but you'll wake up one day and the've taken your house and kids and then you have to pay some attorney $10,000 to get back your vintage Camaro that you had before you ever met that "thing"......that really hurts.....

Or even worse, shtucka will fall off!:jawdrop:
They need to change the paint scheme on the car itself, but I think using that particular engine in a lightweight LX mustang is a good idea.

I dunno, seems cool to me. Hot Rods are about creativity and making what you have work. Besides, it's not like he cut up a rare car.

I figure we'll see a bunch more Nissan-powered Mustangs before it's all said and done, thanks to the movie. There's nothing wrong with it, as long as the builders use good taste. Unfortunately these guys didn't use good taste when it came time to choose a paint scheme...

yeah - I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it used to be white?
I would personally never put a different brand engine into any car, but I'm kinda weird with stuff like that. I can see why people do and it doesn't really bother me, but I would never do it.
This is also coming from the guy that has certain numbers of volume level on my radio that I cannot leave the dial turned to. They have to be easily divisible numbers or numbers that create can easily divisible number
OK - I'm way off the wagon.
From a pure "Hot Rod" mindset do what you want if it makes it perform better! I could tolerate a Mazda engine in a ford or vice-versa because of the corporate ties between the two companies. They should take and old Renault and put a Skyline engine in it!!!!!!

Yeah, something like my first car, a Renault R8, with a Skyline motor would definitely follow the "dare to be different" theme. Also, considering the car weighs about 1500 lb. I bet it would fly! Parts are a little hard to find though...

I think its cool. I was at a local dyno shop and there was a very clean 240 SX with an RB25T swap. It was smooth as silk (straight 6s are like that) and it made over 350rwph at 13-15psi on pump gas. Spooled up instantly. I bet that Mustang is about 2700 pounds and its a blast to drive.

yes i know just makeing a joke :bicycle: just hate the movies never give the america car more credit .... especially when i see them spanking there a$$ on the local seen.... 9i alwys here them say after i beat them well you got a v-8 ... and my come back is yeah you got half the weight to push around so whats your point! (that seems to shut them up :drive:
