I have a 1971 Camaro (F body) and have bid on a pair of Hss-1908F 2" drop springs from Hotchkis. These springs state that they are for small blocks and aluminum head big blocks.
I am going to install a 396 BB (fuelie iron heads), but with no A/C, accessories, etc.
Will I be O.K. or should I have gone for the big block springs. They are good for 454, 468, 502, etc.
