Who sells the cheapest aluminum tubing bends?

I have looked at Burns, Woolf Aircraft and a few other places. They are all about as spendy. I guess it comes down to quality, delivery and customer service. Anyone have a good experience or can recommend a company? It's time to order my turbo/intercooler tubing.

I did my intercooler piping with the aluminum tubing from "Vibrant" Not very expensive, comes polished etc..

The come in various lengths & sizes....i also had beads rolled on the ends to prevent blowing off the connectors after everything was trimmed & finished

Also look at dairy supply companies. Big savings on stainless tubing for exhausts and possibly ally tubing and it is all polished.

I bought 2 - 45* bends from Ebay & had a guy at work weld them together for my cold air intake. They cam polished. But that quickly was destroyed. I bought my stuff from these guys: http://stores.ebay.com/VECCO-HIGH-PERFORMANCE-INC Lots of turbo & intercooler parts.

Always had good luck with Woolf Aircraft, but as you said they aren't the cheapest. I'm looking for stainless mandrel bends myself right now for intercooler piping.

I suspect this is a Chinese Mfg - these bends are pretty cheap:

Stielow got all of the stainless for Malitude from an industrial supplier. You might try McMaster-Carr or even a local plumbing supply house... I would imagine prices have gone up a bunch since the Malitude was finished...

Hey, I went ahead and got some 4" aluminum bends from them for a new pipe from my air filter adapter to the intake of the blower, to replace the orange flextubing I have on there now. The bends look good - some slight rippling on the inside of the curve but nothing major. The price was like half of what the race shops are advertising.

Also got a couple of 3" 45-degree mild steel bends to fabricate a lo-rise 'S' pipe to raise my driver's side exhaust up - it scrapes over speed bumps and is annoying.

All in all, I'd use them again. For less than $100 shipped, I got bends that locally were going for $300+. 4" is pretty expensive in aluminum mandrel bends around here (Norcal).

you can get two WHOLE intercooler kits off of ebay with connectors and clamps for the prices any of those guys get for just the piping and nothing else..
