I apologise for all the questions I am asking but I guess it's better than buying the wrong parts.

A crate engine is a better option for me $$ wise with our exchange rate at the moment. On the premise there is no substitute for cubis inches I am looking at a 572ci short block.

I know my Brodix -2 heads would possibly not cope with a normally aspirated engine this size but what about a Procharged one?

Will the blower make up for the heads shortcomings with a block this size or am I better selling them and buying bigger heads. If I don't have to i would rather not sell tham as I will still be out of pocket replacing them.

No.
Give AFR a call for that many cubes. I have had too many issues with the Brodix heads lately, I just cant make as good of power as I can with AFR.

The blower will maike for for some of the shortcomings of the heads. but to small a heads will be like you exhaling through a straw. You can do it, but it could be better. We can set you up with a short block from World.
