I know that Mark Steilow has built 10 first-gen Camaro's now. . .I am somewhat familiar with the "CamaroX", "Mule", and "Thrasher" cars and I know that another one that he built was the "Red Witch". . .that leaves six other Mark Steilow built cars that I have never seen and/or heard of. . .does anyone have any pic's or info on the Mark Steilow Camaro's. . .every single one that he builds is absolutely amazing and the first time I saw one of his Camaro's was when I found out about the Pro-Touring style and finally found the look and focus for a vehicle that I had been searching for and trying to do myself. Thanks for any and all help on this. . .I know that some of these cars have recieved a lot of attention both in the magazines and on the forums. . .I have some of the articles on the Mule, Thrasher and CamaroX but none for the others. . .I tried a forum search with no luck for the previous cars and I can never find a website for Mr. Steilow. . .Thanks again for any help.

The other notable one is known as the White car or Tri-tip ? It was the 69 he built before the red witch. There are pics of it either here or on Lateral-g.

I've tried the google search. . .and the only references you get to Mark Stielow or his cars are the Malitude, Quadradeuce, Mule, and Thrasher, and Camaro X. . .couple of different places all referencing the same thing. . .Popular Hot Rodding, Rad Rides by Troy (rebuilt the Quadradeuce), Pro-Touring.com, Lateral-g.net, and Camaros.net. . .that's it. . .it's a mystery that a man who's vehicles get so much coverage is so hard to find information about. . .especially in this day and age.

Hey...I had one of those Aprilia 50's.....

I haven't got to ride it yet. . .bought it from an aquaintance who removed the oil pump, ran the pre-mix to lean and siezed the piston. . .I've torn the bike down and put the chassis ~75% back together. . .now I've got to start buying the parts for the 80cc big bore kit and beef up the engine and trans to handle the extra power (over double the stock output) and hopefully I've have a fun corner burner!!!

You want bad? He's had the Mule, Red Witch, Thrasher, and Malitude. Go on, hate him now. Jealousy won't go far enough.

Jeff lives locally and I've had the pleasure of studying the car, especially the underside when it was up on a rack for about a week.
The more I studied it,the more complex that car is.Really some nice work.I believe that was the 1st one Mark did if I'm not mistaken.

Jeff runs it hard @ Laguna Seca quite often too.

Good God!!! What do you do for a living man??? I'm currently in the military (almost out) and I feel fortunate to have the '67 F-bird that I do. . .even though I don't have the money or time to start work on it until I get out. . .I can't even imagine having had a series of vehicles like that. . .I do dream about it though. . .hopefully when I'm done with the F-bird it will be the same caliber as those cars.

All great cars..Mark is also a nice guy. I had the chance to chat with for a few at SEMA while we were in the check in line in the Hilton. I asked if he will ever build another ford.. he kinda just laughed and said "you never know".

Mark might have built ten Camaros, but maybe he is including his earliest cars that might not have been "magazine" or big budget quality like the ones we have heard of. For example, my first car ever was a 69 Camaro. I worked some magic with that Bondo and fiberglass! I built the car from a shell and drove it for 3 yrs, but it wasn't anything close to being a magazine type car. lol
