So im in the market for a car.....

Im new here, but im looking for a car, that i can upgrade somewhat. I am a more show than go, but i dont mind a sleeper if thats what my money can give me. Ive been told to look at a 85 monte carlo, and cars of the sort. I like the looks of them, so if anyone can help me think of a car thats like that, and still in the same price range im looking at, before all needed work.

I am looking for a car either in the 80s or early 90s that i can make to be custom made to my preferences, but also a car that will go fast and has some looks.

the early to late 80's had some cool cars for customizing and performance that you can pick up super cheap.

the G-body monte carlo and camaro are a couple good examples. lots of options for both and cheap to buy.

thats where i would go for a bargain car.

well if your looking at the 80s monte carlos, then take a look at the early 80s malibus i think they look bad ass if they are built right. and you probably could pick one up for cheap.
