Would be great if every time I went to NTB to get a tire patched after running over a nail they didn't come back with an air filter that's supposed to be mine in their hand trying to upsell me. There's no reason to even have my hood open, and I don't like people I don't know rummaging around in my engine bay.

Well!!! I'm not exactly from TX, I work in Richardson, I have my fifth wheel on Lake Lavon outside of Wylie and my house is in Mobile, AL. I have enjoyed TX so Far but I haven't had a lot of time to check out much of the hot rod scene because we work 7 days a week. I've been to North Star, Redline and Devils bowl a couple of times but that's about it. Looking forward to getting to see a lot more in the future.

i just took a tank over to get some fab work done by a guy named Mark Griggs. his business is called "The Metal Shop". its over off W. Hardy. Take the 1960 exit going north on the toll road feeder, and it'll put you on W. Hardy. his shop is less than a 1/4 mile up on the left when you get on W. Hardy. he took a good liking to my project, and has alot of great stuff going on there. his brother Tim has a machine shop right across the drive from him. so they have it pretty much covered in that area. i was refered to him by some members on another forum. wish i would have used him sooner.
