Well I have kinda a problem. I have my mustang torn all the way down and I am trying to level the unibody. I have set up a jig that always me 8 point of adjustment. 1 in the front and back and 1 on each end of the sub frame (where the frame ends) (so 4 for one side, 8 including both sides). I am using a regular level, I measure the door sils and they are level, however when I measure the front frame rails they are dip downward towards the front. Should the door sils and front frame rails both be level? I have tried jacking up the front crossmember where the radiator mounts, to try and level the rail out but the whole car goes up with it. Anybody got some suggestions?

Stop at an autobody shop that does frame work and ask if you can have an old copy (or make copies) of the frame layout for your car. They should have tons of books with this info in them. You could try looking on line also. I have found a lot of info posted on the first and second gen F-bodies on websites.
You will want to level the rockers, as you have done, and then take measurements as outlined in the frame book. This is the best way to do it. Make friends with that frame shop also, you may want to use their services if your car is badly twisted...

I found a place that sells the frame specs online for like 5 bucks. Anyways I ordered the sheets. But I solved the problem. Come to find out the crappy level I was using was a pile of junk. I went and bought a new level last night and I got everything level now. I am just waiting on the sheets to make sure the frame/body is square.

Word of advice for the day, use crappy tools get crappy results. I was getting so pissed thinking that I would have to take it to a frame shop, but I am doing better now.
