I have the chance to pick up a 67 Coronet wagon with a 440/4 speed. Are these worth anything? Original owner special ordered new. Should I pick this up?

If the paper work is with it, its in good shape for the price why not. Just dont pay too much andget it appraised unless your sure its original nad unmolested.
But if you do buy it get a stated value policy on so you dont loose anything if something goes wrong.

What exactly is an "agreed value policy"? I've never heard of that.

man a 67 coronet is nothing special but a 67 coronnet wagon with a 440 and a 4 gear? hell yea, i dont know how rare it is but not many people ordered a wagon with a 4 speed, then certainly not a 440. i would jump on it if i were you, if i had the funds i would beg and steal to get it out from under you. i would even think that it would be pretty rare, some mopar nut will climb all over that.

I would buy it if you can afford it,and it's for real.The prod. numbers have got to make it pretty rare.

I didn't see anything in regards to a wagon but he is the original owner and he makes it VERY CLEAR that he had to special order it. Its up to him whether or not he's willing to let it go of course, but I gave him the offer he wanted so now I'll just wait to see him make up his mind.

Remember those were the days when you could check the box you wanted and have it built. I bet he ordered it, special I don't now, If you have a concern, call Mopar Guru - Galen Govier. He has all the production numbers on these cars. By the way, have you decoded the VIN number or the fender tag? All important if you are buying for an investment. Personally, buy it, bag it, cruize it with the air on high with the wife and kids!
