It looks like the easiest way to install ls1 rear brakes on a car with the staggered shocks is to switch to non-staggered setup.

I have been told that you can run two left side calipers and brackets, but it requires some changes to the parking break system and will not allow for the use of auto adjusting the parking break.

BMR sells a kit for $150 that includes lower spring plates, mounts and ubolts. The kit will allow for a 3" exhaust over the axle and will work with 275 tires.

Will this adversely effect handling? I will be running Global West L2 leaf springs on the car.

What do you mean by this?

From what I have been told the ls1 parking break auto adjusts the tension and pull. When you don't mount them the conventional way you lose the auto adjustment.
