I'm feeling pretty good about the project right now. This is my first time taking something like this apart and its going well. So far I have done everything myself. I have all the parts in organized piles right now but tommorow I'm going to put all the stuff on shelves and lable everything. My goal is to have the engine out by the weekend.

Basicly my own street version of one of these.

But and here is the big thing about the project, it will be done on a strict budget. Most things will come out of the junkyard on this one.

Right now I'm wanting to fab up a sheetmetal airdam. Find a 5.3 vortec truck engine from the junkyard with hopefully a 5 speed. Add a cage. And slam it down on some NASCAR wheels and tires.
