Quality shops in NW Florida????

I recently purchased a 69 RS/SS Camaro 502 and I am looking to have some upgrades added. The car is automatic and I want to install a TK0 600, Vintage A/C kit, Covan dash kit and other interior mods (steering wheel, late model seats), DSE suspension, and possible some other things. I am in the NW Florida area near Fort Walton Beach and I was wondering if anyone knew of any well known shops/organizations nearby to accomplish the work? Any information would be much appreciated. There is a shop in Milton, called stripmastersinc, that some of the pensacola mopar guys think highly of. I haven't had a chance to check it out though.
