i didn't know what forum this was most appropriate to ask in, though it could be a 'Safety" issue if it fails!

how much pressure does the return side see?

what can i use from the local auto parts store?

thanks.

on our race car(dirt modified) we use the pushlock hose from aeroquip and haven't had it fail yet.

SS braided line should be fine

It's low pressure. I also use the aeroquip pushlock hose.

Yes, low pressure. Any quality hose that's impervious to oil products will be fine.

Any real parts store will carry bulk hose that will work.

I use braided teflon for all PS hoses.

I use braided teflon for all PS hoses.Glad to know I'm not the only one who suffers from "most expensive way" syndrome. :)

It's low PSI. Note the factory weak clamps on low rated PSI hose. $3.00 for 20" of hose + 2 new clamps your done bro. I just bought some off the shelf at my local parts store tonight.
