First let me say thanks for letting me post since I am new here. I am building a 66 biscayne for pro-touring but I do not like the front suspension and look for a replacement parts or a front frame section. Any comments would be greatly appricated.

Well for me I would ask around but my first choice would be upgrade the brakes to C5 or C6 Vette, then give Air Ride Technologies a call and slide in some Strong Arms, Double adjustable Shock waves (very much well worth the extra cash trust me on that) and if they have them ready Muscle Bars iin front. Make sure to upgrade the 3 link Bisk to a 4 link,,,good control arms and bushings and some double adjustable shock from ART and Cool Ride for the rear.
The Air ride will give you multiple options as it can burn the corner, handle a load, run high or low and never whimper.
You can also do what my buddy did and set his car up to lay frame and then no one can steal your car or wheels.
I have IAr Ride on my 78 C10 and it will take corners like no othertruck I have driven except maybe a Syclone or Typhoon.
I have actually out ran turboed ricers hitting on/off ramps going to work, weee lots of fun nad the look on thier faces ,,,priceless!
Add on some good tires like 17/18 or 18s all the way around and you can start beating on econoboxes with right driveline setup (ie build a stout torque engine and make the torque curve flat as a board and your set.
If your just gonna drive it and not try to straighten curves you cna run 20's but theperformance so far is better suited to the 17/18 in sizes.
I had a friend put 17 /18 in Potenza Pole Positions on his 67 and it handles very sweet. Now if he would just run Air.
Good luck
