Got a 73, where does the long cable attach on the unit??? Its no where in the instructions and I've pulled the unit out from under the dash looking for it but its not obvious. The long cable controls the temperature.

Cable goes from the control panel to the water valve under the hood. Shorter cable goes to the defroster.

John, thanks! I wasn't anywhere in the neighborhood on that one!
Any recommendations on how to route it through the firewall? I am using the supplied block off plate.

Love this site, now if it would just give me the winning lotto numbers...

I routed mine through the same hole as the condensate drain, but I filled my firewall instead of using the block off provided and drilled my own holes.
