I am in the process of installing Detroit Speed 2" drop springs on my 69 camaro. After comparing the new DSE springs with the stock ones the ends of the coils do not match (end in the same location). Meaning only one end will fit in a spring pocket as the other one doesn't line up. Should I place the upper portion of the spring in the frame spring seat or the lower portion of the spring in the lower seat of the LCA? Or are these the wrong springs?
