tubular control arms equal larger wheel on f-body?

Can any one verify, wether or not you will be able to run a larger wheel / tire combo (275 40 18 on 18x9.5) by changing to tubular upper and lower control arms and qa1 shocks on a stock fbody- sub-frame?
