Hey everyone...

I finally have a project to call my own. Acquired a bare 68 Camaro with new sheeetmetal all around and a Currie 9 inch w/ Wilwood discs. All for $7850. Seems like a great starter deal to me. Since I have no skills and am basically mechanically challenged I have a builder running the project for me and parts are starting to be ordered. Should be done by May or June. Can't wait.

Build sheet lincludes:

Air Ride Strong Arms & Sway Bar
AFX spindles
QA1's
Wilwood discs
434 sb or 540 bb w/ EFI
TKO 600
Ford 9 inch w/ 3.89's

Being my first real project, picking every little part and making decisions every day is going to be interesting and difficult... but a helluva lot of fun!

More to come...

thanks!

Sounds nice. Welcome to the board and good luck with your project. You are going to be incredibly busy if you want it done by May. Get some sleep now while you can...

Thanks Bruce. My builder has given me a completion date of June 1st at the latest, and actually these are the only photos I have so far. The car is at the body shop ready for paint - I am picking color this week and it should start immediately. I am optimistic for May, and since the car is being built 4 hrs away in Carson City, NV I can't really help much anyway!

Will be updating with pics.

thanks
