So I was talking to the guy that I had weld the tabs on for my rear suspension, and he asked me how it felt, how it rode, if I'd had any problems, etc etc. I told him no, it's all been fantastic. He said great, I was really worried I'd messed something up....

WHAT???

Apparently when he was welding one of the tabs he broke my spot welds on the other ones. He lined them back up as well as he could, but I'm EXTREMELY worried he was a little bit off with the alignment, because one side slid in easily when I was installing the rear and the other one was an absolute b***h. On top of that, I've been having issues with inconsistency in ride height relative to air pressure. The air ride guys said this was probably normal bind, but now i'm worried that I may have way more bind than normal.

Any advice on how to check this out/ remedy the situation?!?!

If you can get the bolt in and your axle is centered then I would say that it is close enough. The last bolt is always going to be toughest one to get in with a triangulated 4 link. If the axle was not perfectly at ride height and level it could be a pain. The bushings can handle a bit of misalignment. Make sure you tighten the bolts at ride height.
