Can anyone help me out with where to go to have a custom length panhard rod made? Or, has anyone had good experience ordering parts from somewhere to build one? Any suggestions or experience on rod end type.....teflon lined, polyurethane...etc would also be appreciated. This will be on a heavy street car (65 Impala). The noise factor is also a concern.

Thank you

I happened to make my PHB and LCA's for my CMC car in a very similar fashion.

I ordered a length of tubing with threaded/ hexed ends from Coleman and some teflon lined rod ends and jam nuts from Summit. Thanks guys for the links!

A right and left hand 3/4 rod end, the matching tap and some tubing. Coleman will have everything you need. make sure you get quality rod ends. The limited range of motion makes teflon unneeded but the loads on p-bar are HUGE. You need very rigid brackets and good materials.
