After 20 years rebuilding, maintaining, and manufacturing parts for vintage aircraft, I have started a new venture, Musclerodz & Customz. We will be bringing you all the high quality vendors you already know and some you don't. The vendor list is growing almost weekly. It is my goal to make sure customer service is number one before and long after the sale. This is not just a pro-touring company, but covers a wide variety of special interest vehicles.

The website is in the works and being done by Scott Gulbranson, owner of Lateral-G.net. I never considered anyone else. I think everyone here will be just as impressed once it is up an operational here in a few weeks. I have some deals going on over at Lateral-G, and as soon as I get everything worked out here, I will post them here as well.

Good luck with the venture. Starting one's own business takes guts, and being successful takes effort and talent. Keep us informed about your products and services!

I have owned my own business since '93 so nothing new on that end. The trick is having to start over as the person to call when you need a good deal or quality service. The antique airplane market was fairly small and most anybody that had done business for awhile knew each other and who to call for certain parts. With this new business, I don't have that network yet.

MattStaggerwing, Waco, Fairchild, Cubs, Taylorcrafts, Aeroncas etc, I have restored them all. Now I only work on my OWN flying toys. We still manufacture certified wood propellers for these old birds as well. If you think Hot Rods are expensive, get an airplane.
