Other that Tyler at ATS, has anyone done a full C5 suspension and drivetrain in a 1st gen?

I'd like some more info on that too. You can't just say "We have" and leave me hanging. Did you use the torque tube and rear mounted trans or did you use an adapter on the rear end to use a standard driveshaft?

Ya, I'd like to know that too. I'm working on a project with a C5 rear right now and that is one of my big questions, besides the whole coming up with rear control arms thing.

I am doing a 69 Camaro w/ a blown LS7 (07 Z-06)crate engine, C5 torque tube, C5 6spd trans axle w/ C5 rear diff & front & rear suspension using a modified Art Morrison frame. I have the unmodified chassis, the LS7, the torque tube, the 6spd , rear diff & rear suspension & some of the front suspension. I am still aquiring parts. It is a 08 SEMA project.

I spoke about this very thing with Wayne Due about 16 months ago. I wanted to do it with a Pontiac engine, perhaps, in a 69 T/A convert clone.

It just seems so awesome if the geometry can get figured out.
