Bowler Transmission in Illinois gets my vote these days. They're really on top of the electronic transmission game. They can even do a modified arrangement that works as a 6 speed and they offer a modified valve body that provides full engine braking in 3rd gear.

Monster is another excellent choice. Study the list of parts on a Bowler or Monster build sheet and you will be impressed. Many shops just install new frictions and a shift kit and call it high performance.

I'm going to revisit this thread, Steve, does Bowler have a website? looked can't find it. Anyone with experience with Mad Dog Trannys?
