Is it working well? anybody using the Meziere mechanical or Emp/Stewart stage 3 or 4? These are the three I am currently looking at so any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Jay.

I have no experiance with others. But Meziere has been fantastic, even in my filled 400 on the street.

I'm running a stewart stage 4 pump on my 383 and so far so good. I just got the car running yesterday and I let it sit for about 30 minutes and never got over 174 (where my fans are set at). The customer service is excellent too. Call them and ask for Jack Wilson, he's a great guy and can answer any question you may need. FYI you can get a stage four long pump even though it's not on there site.

I have been running the 55GPH Meziere for 6 months. Works great.

I'm in the market for a electric water pump. Whats the difference in need between the 35 and 55 GPM. Is the 55 overkill?

If you call Meziere they will recommend the 55 gph for most street applications. I don't think its overkill, but you should know it draws about 12 Amps. With my aluminum radiator, spal fan and electric pump my SBC never runs over 180.
