So who is close to Abilene that can pick up a car for me? I will pay and may need someone to store it a week or two. It has no motor, but will roll, and has brakes.

Must be something really special. Since everytime someone posed a car for sale he would say "man, if I only had room..." or "Melinda put me on a strict no more car buying diet". That must be why he needs someone to store it for a while...till he can find a new place to live after she kicks him out!!! You can come live with me Bill, but you probably wouldn't survive a Chicago winter.
Cant wait to see what it is and what you do with it!!!!

It's another A-body, that is all I am saying until I make sure it isn't junk. Supposed to be rust free body with no engine. That is fine, since I have my own plans for that anyway.

OK, Roadtrip! I can't wait on a shipper, so this weekend I will just go get it myself. Anyone up for a 2100 mile weekend shotgun ride?:drive2:
Oh, Melinda was cool about another sled. That new E320 really bought me some browny points.:bananna2:

Hmm... well i am guessing here but i think it's 1970 and older Due to the 12 bolt. It's obviously a performance model with the boxed lower control arms and rear sway bar.

The shot of the trunk screams Chevelle, now that you mention it.

LOL guys, I just love being a tease......
It's a 70 malibu. In my opinion, that was the best year for chevelles, followed closely by the 67s. This particular car is a plain jane malibu, small block car but has the 12 bolt from the factory plus A/C and a few other goodies. No need in molesting a real SS so this car is just right, and another rust free Texas car. I really want to build a sleeper out of this car, no bling planned at all. I am digging the original gold color too, so may just leave it gold.

You should get a matching gold toof. Nothin like a hillbilly sleeper. I said it elsewhere...o2bu.
