97 Camaro window problem

I have a friend who has a 97 with a drivers window that keeps getting stuck near the top and seems like it is going off track, they keep pulling it up and over to get it to go all of the way and close. It has power windows and it is being a pain, does anyone here know an easy fix or what the real problem is?
