I was building one about 8 years ago, before I knew what "pro-touring" was. I had a '93 Chevy reg. cab stepside with a 4/6 drop, beefier front sway bar & added one on the rear. Engine mods were pretty much bolt ons, and a 150 shot of gas.:) I had wanted to put bigger brakes on it and a lt1/t56 (this was before the ls1 was such a hot swap candidate), but I was going to work in a heavy rain and hydroplaned & stuffed it into the wall. I wanted to fix it, but a guy that ran a custom shop offered to trade me a lifted '94 Blazer straight across so I took it. Last I saw it was bagged and body dropped with a crazy paint job on it. Not my cup of tea but to each his own I guess. I miss that truck.

Here's my very slow moving project.
It's difficult to find the motivation to work on anything here in Texas in the summer time.
Now that it's cooler let's see if I can get off the couch and away from the TV.
Right now the truck is in primer awaiting paint ideas.

Hehe.
I gotta tell ya...I'm the worst person at taking pictures.
That particular photo was taken about a year ago.
You know, it just might be a good day to take some updated pictures.
Then again that couch is calling my name.:)

Not quite there yet, but hopefully within the next year.
hey myclone, do the belltech leaves work well? stiff enough in the front part to not have any wheelhop? or is that why you have the caltracs?
