We are currently installing one in a 69 camaro. We removed the stock floor, firewall, and trunk. It is A LOT of work. One could salvage some of the firewall and stock floors and trunk if desired, but we opted to remove it all for a cleaner job. The top of the frame rails sit about an inch or two lower than the door sills. We are going with a 4.5" ride height.
Here's a couple pics of the car and a Kris Horton rendering. I will be adding this to the "project" forum in the near future.
